January Professional Development Meeting

Please join us for our next Professional Development Meeting (PDM) on Wednesday, January 20, 2010 where Mr. Irvin Varkonyi will lead us through the interactive simulation entitled

THE BEER GAME

An interactive simulation to illustrate the Bullwhip Effect

"The Beer Game" models a supply chain from supplier to manufacturer to wholesaler to distributor to retail to consumer. Every member of the supply chain will be represented in this simulation.

Although no actual beer will be served, The Beer Game provides lessons learned, is loads of FUN, is totally interactive and illustrates the Bullwhip Effect. Teams will play against each other and there will be a prize for the winning team!
